Service Description

This approach to health coaching and fitness training is special in that it focuses more than just movement. The reason most women have an issue with weight gain, cravings, low self-esteem, and other problems associated with overall health and fitness is that mainstream fitness is tailored to men and doesn't include the most important things that make up a whole person. The Bodyficiency program incorporates: - nutrition and your relationship with food - your relationship with yourself and others -the type of movement you like, and how to make it all fit together to work for you and your schedule - the importance of and types of recovery - among other important factors Fitness is about relationships. You may not have heard it explained that way, but that's what we'll explore in our time together on our call.
