Who do you help?
I help women on a mission to become their most authentic, well-rounded, and best selves. These women are open to trying new things and are committed to themselves and doing what it takes to create real long-lasting change from the inside out so that the rest of their lives are peaceful, purposeful, and lived with passion.
What can I expect from working with you?
You can expect an open, well-rounded, balanced coach who is on a mission to positively impact her clients. I believe in the power of intention and follow through, so I will be there to help you fully live in the vision you have created for yourself.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a special and intentional process that takes you from where you are to where you want to be. while considering where you've been. My coaching style guides, informs and assists you in growing from the inside out so that you can fulfill your goals and enjoy the process in the meantime. I focus on helping you create change physically, mentally, and spiritually while taking into account other main areas of a healthy well-balanced life.
What area of life can you help me with?
My approach allows me to help you with many important areas of life. Because I focus on your internal world first, you can allow your hopes and desires to fall into place. My main areas of focus for that internal change are physical, mental, and spiritual - all of which we delve further into upon working together.
Can you explain your niche?
Identity Transformation and Reinvention are the hallmarks of the work I do. My work helps you change at a cellular level in so many words. We go deep into what makes you who you are and use a proven comprehensive method to take you from where you are to where you want to be, even if you are struggling with bad habits, negative emotions and self-talk, and/or other setbacks you can't seem to overcome quick enough on your own.
How will working with you help me achieve my vision?
While working with me you need to remember something important. The reason why people give up on themselves and the process of change is because their desire does not measure up to their current discipline level. This is a part of my process, an important part of D.C.E. (used when creating your vision), which you will learn more about on your journey. Having this set before you begin makes it more likely that you will achieve your vision.
What does it mean to find your soul self?
Finding your soul self means stripping yourself of anything outside of your authentic expression. It is the process of unlearning the things that don't resonate with you, identifying your essence and true self, and practicing allowing that part of you to show up in the world until it becomes your nature.
How do I know I am ready for caoching?
When you feel that stirring in your soul, your gut, or your head that won't let you rest. That is when you know you are ready for real change. If you're like most of the people I work with, this comes after or just before you have some kind of aha or "come to Jesus" moment. Sometimes it is in the form of a meltdown or sometimes it's in the form of throwing in the towel on something that no longer serves you. Either way, most describe a feeling of surrender, elation, relief, or all of them depending on where they are in processing this shift.
Does your coaching involve a physical aspect, like personal training?
My coaching does have a physical aspect to it but this looks different for everyone. Exercise and fitness look different for everyone because of the other things you need to take into account when formulating a plan. The benefit of working with me one-on-one is that I am certified in personal training and I can tailor your physical plan to you. I believe that physical connection with yourself in the form of exercise or other activities helps you understand the natural movement of your body, helps you release stagnant energy, and puts you in touch with your already-existing nature and way of moving through trauma, joy, and everything in between.
What is the spiritual aspect of your coaching like?
Spirituality is another one of those things that's highly personal. My coaching looks at a specific aspect of spirituality and that is who you connect with yourself, the universe, and your higher power. The order in which we address these can be tricky so while working together, we'll pay close attention to the way you respond to certain exercises and activities and progress or regress accordingly
What does the mental/mindset coaching include?
Your mindset is the juice that keeps this well-oiled machine running. My coaching includes a type of mental/mindset coaching that includes various tools that we tailor to the way you have historically accepted and learned information. Then we use IT/R tools to alter your information uptake to better serve you and your vision.
